Repertoire
Salvation by The Cranberries live
The urgency of rock, the fragility of human lives and a hope that asks to be heard.
From the repertoire
A cry that still speaks to us.
Salvation hits like a jolt. The rhythm drives forward, the guitars bite and the voice brings an urgency that demands attention. The Cranberries confront drug addiction with the force of a song that can shake its listener. Behind that rush of rock are human lives, vulnerability and the danger of losing your way.
Hearing it today, we feel how much remains unresolved. Addiction reaches into families, relationships and our cities. It asks us to face pain that often stays hidden, loneliness and the difficulty of asking for help. That responsibility also belongs to the people nearby, to those who teach and to those shaping how a community responds.
We hear a possibility in Salvation, too: a hand reaching out, someone willing to listen, the beginning of a path towards support. Hope takes shape when a person finds care and a community that welcomes them without reducing them to their addiction.
For Electric Blue Experience, bringing this song to the stage means giving that message a voice. We want its impact to arrive with full force and its meaning to remain after the last note fades. Within our Cranberries tribute band repertoire, Salvation is an invitation to stay present: to listen, to be there and to refuse to look away.
